It was claimed that Inter Milan are ready to renew the defender’s contract, although there is interest from United and Paris Saint-Germain. Leeds update on Elland Road ownership

According to football finance expert Dr Dan Plumley, the latest developments involving Leeds United's ownership situation regarding Elland Road may have changed under the radar after reports emerged recently detailing that former majority shareholder Andrea Radrizzani and Elland Road Limited still held control of the stadium.

Speaking to MOT Leeds News, Plumley explained that paperwork to ensure that Elland Road changes hands to 49ers Enterprises may not hit the public domain: "The time which a deal is done and the time the documents hit the public domain through Companies House where there are changes of assets and anything financial, those things take time. We don’t often see them in the public eye until much later down the track.

"It seems to be that the change in ownership will incorporate all of those things, including the stadium and it could just be a publication timing of things in respect to the documentation."

وقال كولر في تصريحات خلال المؤتمر الصحفي عقب المباراة: “انتقدت استاد القاهرة ولكن اليوم واضح أنهم عملوا جيدًا على الملعب وأحب أشكر كل الناس الذين عملوا في الأيام الماضية من أجل تحسينه”.

وأكمل: “بدأنا المباراة بشكل جيد أول 20 دقيقة، وتلقينا هدفًا بالخطأ وبدأت المباراة تبتعد عن أيدينا، وتحدثت مع اللاعبين بين الشوطين من أجل تحسين الأداء واللاعبين أظهروا شخصية كبيرة، وجميع اللاعبين أدوا أقصى ما لديهم”.

وتابع: “حتى بعد الهدف الثاني الذي تلقاه الفريق نجحوا في العودة مرة أخرى، وأنا لم أكن منفعلاً خلال اللقاء، هذه من أهدى المواجهات التي مرت عليّ، لم أنفعل ولكن يمكن أن يكون حدث هذا في فرصة أو فرصتين، ولكن أرى أن الحكم لم يؤثر على نتيجة اللقاء”.

وزاد: “لو لعبت على الأرض 90 دقيقة ممكن ألا أصل للمرمى أصلًا، هناك مباريات كنا ننقل الكرة على الأرض دقيقتين ونصف، وهذا يكون على حسب المنافس، لأن ممكن يكون في منافس لا يسمح لك بذلك”.

واختتم: “أحاول جعل الفريق يلعب في كل الأنماط من أجل مجاراة المنافس، هناك مباريات يكون لدينا استحواذ كبير على الكرة لذلك نعطى اللاعبين فرصة للتنوع وهذا ما تفعله إسبانيا”.
