كشف الإعلامي أحمد شوبير عن مصير وسام أبو علي حال فشل انتقاله وقيده مع نادي كولومبوس كرو الأمريكي، خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الجارية.
وكان النادي الأهلي أعلن رسمياً رحيل الفلسطيني وسام أبو علي مهاجم الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالقلعة الحمراء، إلى كولومبوس الأمريكي في انتقالات الصيف الحالي، بعد رغبة كبيرة من اللاعب في الرحيل.
وقال أحمد شوبير في تصريحات إذاعية عبر “أون سبورت إف إم”: “لنفترض أن باب القيد في الولايات المتحدة أغلق 20 أغسطس أو نحو ذلك، ولم تكتمل إجراءات انتقال وسام أبو علي إلى نادي كولومبوس كرو، ماذا سيحدث؟”.

وتابع: “إذا وسام أبو علي سيظل يلعب في النادي الأهلي ومقيد معه، لذا لا توجد مشكلة قانونية، ولكن بالطبع، ستكون هناك مشكلة تتعلق بتجهيزه وعودته للعب”.
وأتم: “ومع ذلك، كما أخبرني في المحادثة الهاتفية التي ذكرتها لكم، وسام أبو علي على أعتاب الانتقال إلى نادي كولومبوس كرو الأمريكي”.

Eisenhower Park in New York will not be hosting any international matches before the T20 World Cup in June, as the ground will be ready only by the end of May. The venue is slated to host three of India’s matches in the upcoming tournament.Announcing detailed plans on Wednesday for the New York venue, which will become first modular stadium in cricket, the ICC also said tickets for the 20-team World Cup, which will be co-hosted in the West Indies and the USA, will be the released in the next fortnight.Eisenhower Park, which is located in Nassau County (Long Island), and is about 25 miles east of New York City, was recently shortlisted by the ICC as one of the three venues in the USA along with Grand Prairie (Texas) and Broward County (Lauderhill, Florida) to host 16 group phase matches. While the first match at the New York venue is scheduled on June 3 – between South Africa and Sri Lanka – the ICC has planned to carry out the testing phase of the ground, including the drop-in pitches, in the second half of May. It will likely be the first time a major ICC event will be played at a venue where no international match has been held before.Such a prospect is not making the ICC anxious at all, though. Chris Tetley, ICC’s head of events, said that the testing phase, scheduled to start in the week of May 13 and will include warm-up matches, will provide the organisers better understanding of the venue before the World Cup matches start.”There will be warm-up matches played at the facility (New York) so that we know from a cricket perspective how the venue runs,” Tetley said. “Also, importantly, we will know from an operational perspective how all of the functional teams that will come together to run the stadium need to interact on an event day with people coming through the turnstiles.”Part of that is understanding how do people come through the turnstiles and where do they go, how do they use the venue, where do they walk? The outfield, meanwhile, is being manufactured by LandTek Group, a USA-based turf making business which have prepared playing fields for the New York Yankees, New York Mets, and Inter Miami CF.In addition, Populous, a globally renowned architecture and design firm has been hired to plan the stadium at Eisenhower Park, which will seat about 34,000 fans. Having such trusted hands involved, Tetley pointed out, gave the ICC the “reassurance” and confidence that any last-minute hiccup could be cleared without stress.”In addition to testing events that gives us a lot of reassurance is the quality of the people involved and the quality of the work that they do day in, day out: from Damian (Hough) on the pitches and the number of pitches he’s building, which gives us a bit of flex in case one of the pitches doesn’t go as well as we want, we can shift around so that we’re not reliant on you know, a no latency solution there.”LandTek are working hand in glove with Damian on all of the agronomy aspects of the facility. MLC looking at using modular stadium A modular stadium is made up of steel and aluminium, erected in a short period of time (about three months in the case of Eisenhower Park) and is customisable. The amenities in a regular cricket ground can be replicated easily including fans seating, corporate boxes, dressing rooms and all other hospitality avenues and general amenities alongside media and broadcast facilities.Formula One has widely used modular stadia across the globe and part of the infrastructure used during the Las Vegas Grand Prix recently will be deployed in the construction of stands at Eisenhower Park. Golf has utilised modular stands including at the Ryder Cup last year in Rome.The ICC will utilise modular stadium solutions to double the capacity also at the two other US venues for the T20 World Cup – in Texas and Florida. Post the World Cup, Tetley said the modular stadia can be brought down easily.However, Tetley pointed out that Major League Cricket (MLC) was “evaluating” whether it could utilise the modular stadia at the three USA venues for the second season which is scheduled for July-August.”MLC is actually very interested in the opportunity that this would afford them to play some of the matches of their second season. So they’re evaluating at the moment whether it will work for them. It’s a live conversation at the moment, but in theory, yes, it gets all broken down.”Tetley said the key “legacy” the World Cup will leave for the local cricket community in New York would be an international outfield alongside a well-equipped central square sans the drop-in pitches.”One of the legacies of the project is that what we will leave behind a world class cricket outfield to international standards. We’ll actually take out the drop-in pitches and leave them with an artificial surface in the middle there because that will be much easier for them to maintain.”The drop in pitches, we will work out where they go and to whom will best benefit from them. We’re obviously creating training facilities as well that will be left behind.”

A novela pela extensão do vínculo do ídolo se arrastava há meses, mas as partes chegaram a um denominador comum e o atleta assina com a equipe paulista até 2025. O clube confirmou o acordo em suas redes sociais nesta tarde com um vídeo especial (confira abaixo).
O entrave que estava impedindo o desfecho era em relação a uma cláusula que permitia a renovação automática para um terceiro ano de contrato. O clube queria que jogador fizesse 50% dos jogos no segundo ano de vínculo para ativar a cláusula, enquanto o atleta queria 15% das partidas.

Kashif Ali scored an accomplished maiden century as Worcestershire made a solid 316 for 7 against Warwickshire on the opening day of the Vitality County Championship season at Edgbaston.Kashif struck 110 off 188 balls and Gareth Roderick added a nuggety 68 as the visitors returned to Division One with a strong day’s work following promotion last year.Warwickshire captain Alex Davies chose to bowl in his first game in charge but without Hasan Ali, whose arrival as overseas player has been delayed by a Pakistan training camp, and the injured Liam Norwell, his bowling attack lacked penetration on a good batting pitch.Kashif took advantage in composed fashion. Having ended the 2023 season with a career-best 93 against Yorkshire, he launched 2024 in similarly confident fashion to harvest a richly-deserved maiden ton.Warwickshire’s bowlers hoped to exploit early moisture in the pitch but barely a ball deviated off the straight during a morning session in which the only wicket fell to a long hop.Roderick flicked the first ball of the season to the midwicket boundary and, with Jake Libby, put 50 on the board in 12 overs as Olly Hannon-Dalby and Chris Rushworth found rhythm elusive in the strong wind. وأردف: “من المهم أن ندرك أن القرارات تُرفع وتُدرس بعناية قبل اتخاذها، وهذا ما حدث خلال المفاوضات، ويجب أن نتحلى بالذكاء في التعامل وأن نُظهر حسن النية، خاصة أن الزمالك يمر بموقف حساس بعد سحب الأرض”.

وزاد: “لا ينبغي أن نتحدث عن تعنت أو كراهية، ولا نُدخل المنافسة بين الأهلي والزمالك في هذا الملف، وتلقيت رسائل من أشخاص يتساءلون عن أنني (سبب سحب الأرض)، وأخرى تشكرني على حديثي الداعم للزمالك في برنامج إذاعي، وهذا واجبي”.
وأضاف: “نادي الزمالك، بقوته وقيمته وجماهيره الكبيرة، قدم وعودًا متكررة بالالتزام بالدفع، مما جعل الدولة تتحلى بالصبر لفترة طويلة، ومع ذلك، هناك خطأ من جانب الزمالك، وهذا مؤكد”.
وأوضح: “هناك جهات في الدولة تبذل جهودًا كبيرة لدعم النادي، وهذا واجبها، لكن ما يساعد هذه الجهات أكثر هو التزام مسؤولي الزمالك في تصريحاتهم، انضباطهم، ووضوح خططهم. هذا رأيي الشخصي، فهل في كلامي خطأ؟”.
وأشار: “لماذا، كزملكاوي، تُدخل النادي الأهلي في الموضوع؟ هل أزعجك الأهلي في شيء؟، والأهلي حصل على أرض في 6 أكتوبر، بنى جزءًا منها وترك جزءًا آخر، لكنه يعمل وفق الموافقات التي حصل عليها، والنادي أكمل حمام سباحة جديدًا في فرعه، حيث حصل على الموافقة اللازمة وسيفتتحه قريبًا بسبب زيادة أعداد الأعضاء، الدولة لا تتهاون معه، بل تدعمه لأنه ينفذ ما يُطلب منه”.
وأتم: “الأهلي بنى فرعه في التجمع الخامس بجهوده، أمواله، وتخطيطه، من الكابتن صالح سليم إلى حسن حمدي، ثم محمود طاهر، وصولاً إلى محمود الخطيب، جميعهم عملوا على تطوير فروع النادي في مدينة نصر، الشيخ زايد، التجمع الخامس، والجزيرة، وهذا لا ينبغي أن يضايقك، قضية الزمالك تتعلق بنفسه، فلا داعي لإدخال قضايا فرعية”.

And are par scores getting lower? “The way the wicket [in Dharamsala] played in the second innings, definitely I’d say par score,” Ruturaj Gaikwad said after Chennai Super Kings (CSK) scored 167 for 9 and it was enough to beat Punjab Kings (PBKS) by 28 runs on Sunday evening.”Everyone believed the wicket was slow, it was coming slow off the wicket, even low bounce,” Gaikwad said on the host broadcast after the win, which took CSK to No. 3 on the points table. “But with the start we got [CSK were 60 for 1 after the powerplay], we thought we could push till 180-200. But we lost two wickets in consecutive balls, and then we thought probably 160-170 would be a good score, or just par, here and there, ten runs short. “It was a day game, so the wicket was slow, which we expected,” he said. “We did well in the [batting] powerplay, but then we couldn’t build partnerships. We wanted to build partnerships, so in the last four-five overs, we could score quickly. Partnerships didn’t happen, but as a bowling group, we did well. Tushar [Deshpande] got important wickets in the powerplay. Then Mitch [Santner] and I did well in the middle overs.”During the powerplay, the wicket always looks flat. But as the ball gets a little old, the ball doesn’t come on to the bat. Especially at a new venue, you don’t know what to expect. That’s why we felt we were 15-20 runs short but we bowled well in the powerplay and middle overs, didn’t bowl loose balls.”Deshpande sent back Jonny Bairstow and Rilee Rossouw in the second over of the chase. There was a partnership of 53 between Prabhsimran Singh and Shashank Singh, but then the spin twins came to the party – Santner returned 1 for 10 from three overs to go with Jadeja’s star turn. وأضاف: “أعتقد أن الفريق الأفضل قد فاز، الفريق الوحيد الذي كان على أرض الملعب، اللاعبون الأفضل خسروا”.
وواصل: “أي فريق قادر على الفوز ضد أي مجموعة من اللاعبين وأعتقد أن الفريق واللاعبين تحدثوا بصوت عال اليوم وهذا كل شيء، لقد خسرنا وفاز الفريق الأفضل”.
وأوضح أموريم تصريحاته: “أعتقد أن ما قالوه كان واضحاً تماماً، لذا دعونا نتجاوز هذا اليوم، أعتقد أن ما حدث اليوم كان واضحاً للجميع”.
وأكمل: “بطريقة بدء المباراة دون أي ضغط وبكل هذه الفكرة، كنا تائهين تماماً ولهذا أعتقد أنهم تحدثوا بصوت عال”.
وحول ما إذا كان فريقه يكرر أخطاء الموسم الماضي: “أعتقد أن هذه هي المشكلة، عندما تخسر ثم ترى شيئاً جديداً، يصبح الأمر مختلفًا، عندما ترى شيئاً كهذا اليوم، يصعب عليك التحدث عنه، أريد فقط أن أقول آسف جداً للجماهير، على دعمهم لي وللفريق، ليس لدي ما أقوله، أنا آسف حقاً”.
وحول كيفية حل المشاكل في مانشستر يونايتد، رد أموريم: “أعتقد أنهم قدموا أداء جيدًا على أرض الملعب اليوم لذا لا داعي للحديث عن ذلك، لدينا مباراة ثم لدينا أسبوعان وسنحل الأمور”.
وختم حول مسألة حراسة المرمى: “عندما تخسر مع كامل الاحترام ضد فريق من الدرجة الرابعة فالأمر لا يتعلق بحارس المرمى، بل بكل شيء، إنها البيئة المحيطة، طريقة مواجهتنا للمنافسة، نعلم أننا في قلب الحدث وسيركز الجميع على كل شيء، ستكون كل التفاصيل مهمة للغاية، لقد أظهرنا أدائنا اليوم، لذا تحدث لاعبو فريقي بصوت عال”.
